Hi, I'm Gabrielle James. With over 10 years of experience in Interior Design and a straight-up obsession with local real estate, I can see unrealized opportunities to make spaces inviting and functional backdrops for living. Seeking out chances to improve undervalued or neglected properties motivates me everyday. Seeing these dilapidated homes that the neighbors are sure will be torn down and turning them into beautiful places for new families to call home is the biggest reward of my career thus far. I have a pretty handsome business partner too, so this job ain't bad at all.

Hi, I'm Nathaniel. My background is in commercial banking and mortgage, but I traded in my suit for a tool belt once I realized I far more enjoyed spending my time behind a table saw than a desk. I love building things that people can use on a daily basis and make their lives better. I don't create based on what is easy; I build based on what will provide a long-lasting homes for memories and families to thrive. I enjoy the construction process as much as I do the end results, so if you bump into me while working, I am likely in a pretty good mood.
